A series of images were created after the massive earthquake struck Japan on March 11, 2011.

As the title says, I was in shock like I was in a black hole. I couldn’t stand, I couldn’t even sit for a long period of time. People can’t really do anything in the dark. At last I have started to paint again after a long absence. Then I realized that I temporarily lost my colour. Black and white is the only colour I could barely handle during this period. Is it true that dogs see the world in black and white? I think it’s true. Life is like a black and white picture, there’s black -death, there’s white -life, and lots of shades in between.
