People ask me “Why do you run in the winter? I don’t understand”. It’s not a big deal for me to run in the cold weather. You’ll warm up once you start running. The body regulates temperature by sending more blood to the surface for cooling. You can even feel comfortable with cool crisp air and sharp wind. But today, I was running in the morning at below -17℃ and found out my NIKE running watch had completely frozen! And I discovered that the screen had nothing was responsive. I realized that my watch is the one who doesn’t want to run in the winter.
