Run 42.195k in the Montreal Marathon yesterday.
It was the most hardest marathon ever because of heat & humidity. I saw lots of people collapsed in the last 10k.And plus, there’s so many uphills and downhills therefore I couldn’t beat 4 hours…my finished time was 4:09!
Thank you to all the Montrealer who cheered me up on the street! and a big thank to Canada Runs for Japan Montreal team who made it happen!!!
